MacGregor Black is currently partnering with an industry-leading promotional staffing and entertainment agency, on a search for an up and coming Account Executive. This is a Full-Time permanent role, based in Leeds, with flexibility required for travel to London and within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day client management in its entirety
  • Preparing quotes & proposals
  • Budget management including reconciliation
  • Reporting & analysis
  • Responsible for staffing events to include sourcing, selecting, booking, briefing and feedback
  • Campaign administration, e.g. preparing and sending out the staff brief, sending and compiling event feedback
  • Responsible for staff recruitment
  • Developing relationships with promotional people and looking after their interests as well as the agency's
  • Managing and monitoring social media accounts
  • Liaising with suppliers & partners
  • CRM Maintenance

What are we looking for?

  • Staffing and experiential experience
  • Commercial mind who can see past the 'project based' client mentality - a proven track record of forging relationships with clients/ customers
  • Strong ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Professional, friendly attitude and presentation
  • Willing to occasionally travel for campaigns or recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must be comfortable discussing job roles with candidates on the phone and talking to groups of up to 20 in recruitment sessions
  • IT literacy including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter and more) and Office Suite are essential. More advanced IT knowledge with regards to Excel and CRM software would be advantageous
