Brand Manager (International)

MacGregor Black is currently working with a well-established luxury drinks client, who are now seeking to further expand their Marketing team to step-change growth nationally and internationally, on an exciting Brand Manager (International) role. This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term contract based in London, with flexibility needed to travel between sites nationally and internationally as and when required.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Brand Manager (International) will be a true brand guardian and bring together all elements of marketing to ensure tone of voice and aesthetic is maintained across all touchpoints. This role will oversee day to day marketing activities, supporting the development and implementation of marketing plans to help entrench the brand for consumers, key opinion leaders and the trade internationally, and helping in New Brand Development.
What is expected of you in the Brand Manager (International) role:
· Develop and implement the marketing plans including brand strategy, promotions, international events and partnerships, digital advertising and performance tracking
· Brief and work closely with creative agencies to develop and execute an effective digital strategy to strengthen awareness and brand equity, develop new KBA and POS, create a new website, brand film, trade experiential suite, mixologist program
· Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing plan for export markets, with a specific focus on HNWI locations in the Alps and Mediterranean, using the full marketing mix for the company's marketing communications
· Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with proven strong consumer orientation, balanced with excellent commercial awareness. You will have extensive experience of launching and developing new brands, briefing external agencies and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a formal qualification in Marketing or Business, plus experience of working within the premium drinks industry, although this is not essential.
You must be: Highly Motivated, a Communicator, Organised, Target Driven, Presentable, Methodical, and Detail Orientated.
