MacGregor Black is currently working on an opportunity with a leading packaging supplier to the FMCG Sector, for a Business Development Manager. The role is field based with Head Office in Bristol.
This role is heavily focused on new business development and will be tasked with growing the product portfolio across the UK.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of six years Business Development experience within commercial FMCG. Experience managing an account base with P&L responsibility is essential. You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to win new business, retain current accounts and grow profits.
What is expected of you?
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare tender proposals and win new business
- Manage existing and new accounts on a day to day, site by site level
- Increase profit throughout your account base
- Understand your market, and provide key insight and ideas to develop the business within the market
