MacGregor Black is currently working on an opportunity with a prestigious and well-respected chilled food supplier, based in Greater London, for a Business Unit Director - Grocery.
This role is heavily focused on developing further relationships within a highly competitive Grocery channel. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years National Account Controller experience within a recognised FMCG supplier. Top 4 Mults experience (ideally Tesco) within a major branded food and drink or FMCG supplier is preferable.
What is expected of you:
- To deliver profitable growth for our client's biggest grocery customers
- Build strong and sustainable relationships within a demanding customer base
- Responsible for a cross functional business unit of 15 colleagues, inspire and develop.
- Working closely with category Marketing, NPD & Technical teams to bring new product lines to the consumer.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a future Sales Director who has the passion and drive to lead the company's top grocery customers. You will have strong commercial acumen and be a dynamic professional who is both customer & people focused.
On offer to the successful candidate is the opportunity to work with a portfolio of category leading chilled food brands. Base salary circa £110,000 + 10% Car Allowance, also includes Private Health Insurance, Pension, Bonus up to 40%.
