MacGregor Black is currently working with a fast-growing global IT provider, seeking for an experienced Client Partner to join at an exciting time as the company expands its offerings. The role will be based in London and will be focused on maintaining relationships and prospecting new opportunities across the client base in consulting and systems integration.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationships - Establishing & growing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Sales pipeline management
  • Hit revenue targets- regularly review progress and define strategy to exceed targets
  • Ensure that projects land and client satisfaction is delivered
  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel cross customer accounts, leading solution development efforts
  • Ability to identify opportunities, manage pipeline, close sales and manage revenue
  • Accountability for delivery across all revenue streams
  • Manage the mix of new vs renewal and drive proactive sales efforts
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an on-going basis
