Are you experience in leading a distributor strategy?
Do you have the entrepreneurial talent to develop and grow a brand?

MacGregor Black has partnered with a premium consumer durables brand that is seeking to grow further across the Russian Market, with a globally recognised brand we are looking for a real strategic leader to take the brand next level.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of the Country strategy, budget and planning.
  • Build existing and develop new relationships with distributors
  • Market Analysis and development of sales and marketing goals and successes
  • Planning and Implementation of marketing measures



What we are looking for:

  • 5 years plus experience in the Consumer Goods sales industry
  • A well-established network of contacts and connections
  • Direct experience of growing and developing a team
  • Understanding of a distributor model
  • Experience of strategy, budget, and planning
  • Proven track record in achieving double digit growth
