- Development of the Country strategy, budget and planning.
- Build existing and develop new relationships with distributors
- Market Analysis and development of sales and marketing goals and successes
- Planning and Implementation of marketing measures
What we are looking for:
- 5 years plus experience in the Consumer Goods sales industry
- A well-established network of contacts and connections
- Direct experience of growing and developing a team
- Understanding of a distributor model
- Experience of strategy, budget, and planning
- Proven track record in achieving double digit growth
