MacGregor Black is currently working with a niche alcoholic drinks manufacturer, on a strategic search for an Export/International Sales Director. This role is a full-time role commutable to Scotland.
Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, across the UK and International markets with a significant focus on business development.
- Building and managing a sales pipeline for new business
- Onboarding new customers and managing on-going customer relationships
- Exceeding commercial and performance targets set by the business
- Providing excellent account management and support to your customer base
- Demonstrating enthusiasm and understanding of a broad range of drinks
- Supporting the team and wider business functions to ensure all customer requirements are met
What are we looking for?
- Has a deep understanding of the export and international wholesale/ distributor markets on a global scale
- Be passionate about the drinks industry and the world of beer and spirits
- Man management of a small UK commercial team
- Be performance focused - driven and motivated by surpassing targets
- Be organised and diligent, ensuring all client needs are met
- Be extremely articulate and presentable, as a representative of our brand
- Possess a willingness to learn and grow - self-aware of strengths & development areas
