MacGregor Black is currently working on an opportunity with a prestigious and well-respected FMCG company, based in Yorkshire, for a Head of Commercial - Premium Food Products.
This Head of Commercial opportunity is heavily new business development focused and will be tasked with growing a wide range of their branded and private label portfolio in the premium grocery and online retailers - Sainsbury's, M&S, Waitrose, Ocado & Amazon.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years Account Director experience within a recognised food and drink supplier. Extensive P&L and team management exposure within a recognised FMCG manufacturer is essential in this role.
What is expected of you:
* To write and deliver the commercial strategy for a large business unit
* Build top to top relationships with key stakeholders in your customers
* Manage a cross functional team of 10 cross functional colleagues
* Work with customer marketing & Insight teams to write the category story.

We are looking for a future Commercial Director with the skills to influence some highly demanding customers. You will have strong commercial acumen and be a dynamic professional who is both customer & people focussed.
On offer to the successful candidate is the opportunity to work with a portfolio of category leading products. Base salary Circa £100,000 - £120,000 + Car Allowance, Private Medical Care (Family), Pension, Bonus.
