Are you looking to represent a globally recognised, hand crafted luxury product brand to an eclectic mix of customers?

 

MacGregor Black are partnering with one of the worlds most Prestigious Luxury Goods & Jewellery Companies on the search for a Head of International Business Development. This is a permanent London based role including International travel

As the Head of International Business Development you will responsible for maintaining and growing a customer base of prestigious companies and individuals. You will always be the face of our brand and present a premium service.



Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver the budgeted sales plan
  • Build sustainable relationships with external & internal stakeholders
  • Support an ambitious innovation pipeline - concept to launch
  • Work with Marketing to drive Customer range review delivery
  • Research, identify and acquire new potential clients across the globe
  • In regard to export of goods, ensure compliance to all organisational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries
  • Work efficiently with teams across the business to ensure a seamless customer support experience when required



What we are looking for:

  • Experience of managing clients on an international stage, including clients of very high individual net worth
  • Experience working with the most prestigious & high value luxury goods and jewellery
  • Able and willing to travel internationally
  • Multi-lingual would be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of consultation with clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes
  • Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
  • Ability to easily comprehend and facilitate shipment processes
