MacGregor Black is currently supporting a premium fashion brand, on a strategic and pivotal search for a Head of Online Trade Marketing. This is a Full-Time permanent role, based in Germany.


The Head of Online Trade Marketing oversees the planning and managing of online marketing campaigns that promotes the company's brands, products and services. You will be the significant interface between the Online B2B Customers and the sales & operations teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan, develop and implement innovative marketing concepts that ensures and increases product sell-out performance
  • Build and implement a holistic marketing plan
  • Act as the key liaison between sales, marketing and customers
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Manage and maintain online brand shops
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Oversee all competitors - anticipate sales performance trends
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing tools
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage the B2B marketing budget
  • Maintain external customer relationships

What are we looking for?

  • Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • Minimum of 3 years' of experience in a similar Trade/Promotions role (agency, fashion or lifestyle industry)
  • In depth knowledge of different digital trade marketing tools
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good time-management skills - ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
