Head of Sales– Europe


Are you experienced in consumer electronics?


Do you have a proven track record of managing retail strategies across Europe?


Are excited by the opportunity to build and shape organisational structures?


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the business retail strategy across Europe, working closely with product and marketing teams.
  • Build stronger relationships with existing retail partners as well as identifying appropriate new opportunities to grow
  • Develop strategic joint business plans with key retail partners
  • Recruit, develop and manage a team of strong salespeople across Europe
  • Drive the retail business with a focus on profitable growth
  • Take full responsibility of all decisions on pricing, investment, and negotiations
  • Work closely with the Senior leadership team to ensure collaboration across all channels and regions


What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record at a senior sales level – (international preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high performance teams
  • Entrepreneurial character with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Existing relationships with Senior contacts within key retail partners
  • Expertise within the retail electrical sector in the Europe including proven experience within the Ecommerce Sector
  • Self-motivated and experienced professional with a hands-on personality
  • Flexibility for frequent travel and occasional international travels are required
