Account Manager (Contract Catering / Food Service / HORECA) - London

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Fast Growing Alcohol Free Beer Brand on the search for an Account Manager - London. This is a permanent field based role in the London.
As the Account Manager you will deliver the company's Sales and Profit targets for Contract Catering / Food Service / HORECA channels, with full P&L accountability and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will develop cast-iron relationships with all On Trade regional wholesalers their account teams, buyers, and decision makers to create a push influencing strategy
  • You will develop cast-iron relationships with key accounts, chains and independent venues to create pull influencing strategy
  • You will deliver a brilliant category driving annual business plans including key sales and growth drivers of share of shelf, POS, distribution, pricing, promotions and investment
  • Own your own demand forecast, working collaboratively with operations and finance to ensure minimal out of stocks
  • You will feedback fantastic insight to the business and deliver business performance course-correcting plans



What we are looking for:

  • 2 years experience delivering in a fast growing, branded FMCG environment
  • You have been responsible for multiple wholesalers with full P&L responsibility
  • You are comfortable using various data sources to pull your own Category Story together
  • Brilliant interpersonal and influencing skills and understand the reason why networking with both junior and senior level contacts (internal and external) is so critical
  • Results orientated, commercially astute, natural sales person and a passionate brand ambassador
  • Able to work on multiple streams of work simultaneously and take on additional responsibility in a growing business
  • Have a passion for working within a small, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small
  • Dynamic, ambitious, self-sufficient, great with people and a real team player
