Excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations/ Contact Centre Manager experienced in running a blended Sales and Service centre within an, outsource or in-house operation.
Due to sustained growth over recent months our client has an opening for an Operations Manager to take day-2-day operational management responsibility for a 200fte in-house centre and with the centre set to grow over the next 6-12 months you must demonstrate a track record in driving and managing strategic campaigns and provide leadership and direction to ensure KPI's and business objectives are achieved.
- Executive Management with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure the customers journey in the sales process has exceed expectation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, priorities and work to deadline, using own initiative
- Strong leadership and management and track record in coaching and development
