MacGregor Black is currently working on an opportunity with a prestigious and well-respected branded food supplier, for a Zone Vice President - Sales. The role will be based in the UK ( London office) but require extensive international travel.

This rare opportunity requires a high profile commercial executive who will be tasked with maintaining market share and growing a new selection of our clients products within a wide range of global markets.

We are looking for candidates with an outstanding track record at the MD/Country Director or Regional VP levels within well recognised FMCG/Consumer Goods suppliers.

This is what will be expected of you in this Zone Vice President - Sales role:

  • To deliver the budgeted sales plans for the European Zone
  • Build sustainable relationships with major Customers including, Asda Walmart, Tesco, Aldi & Lidl.
  • Work closley with the Zone President to identify growth opportunities across the region
  • Re-shape the Category & Insight functions to drive Customer range review delivery and stay ahead of the competition

What are we looking for?

A senior commercial professional who has managed multiple countries including the major European Markets - UK, Germany, France, Spain & Scandinavia. You will need to be familar with the major supermarkets that exists within the region and be able to align your teams to deliver success across the zone. Ability to speak multiple languages would be of major benefit.

You will have strong commercial acumen and be a dynamic professional who is both customer & people focussed.

On offer to the successful candidate is the opportunity to work with a portfolio of category leading FMCG brands. Base salary Circa £175,000 - £230,000 + Benefits Package ( Potential Equity option).
