Managing Director
The Managing Director role involves full responsibility of the Toko Business Unit, and accountability for TOKO’s total performance, including the brand’s growth, sales and profitability (brand contribution). As Managing Director, the successful candidate will be the driving force in developing and implementing the brand’s strategies and will be responsible for driving the brand forward.
As the highest leader of the TOKO Business Unit, they will assume full organizational responsibility for the people working in the brand, along with full P&L and inventory responsibility – regardless of geographical location.
The Process
We are undertaking a global headhunt, initially beginning in Switzerland and expanding outward through neighbouring Germany, France, & Italy, followed by Europe, and the RoW.
Engagement partner’s within our dedicated Sports & Outdoor practice will conduct a thorough market map, including the identification and assessment of suitable candidates across relevant sporting brands and locations.
A comprehensive pipeline of talent will be established, filtering and processing direct applicants, as well as networking with our existing database to source the very best talent available on the market.
Senior consultants will interview, prepare, and present a shortlist of suitable candidates to the client, within an expected timeframe of 1-2 weeks, followed by managing the recruitment process through to offer acceptance.
