Even when working in a contingent way, we are confident we can help find the right person to join our clients’ business. By simply searching through our inhouse database of fully engaged candidates we often find ideal profiles. We will also confidentially advertise the role to our network of candidates on social media, relevant job boards and on our own website. Searching on third party job-boards’ databases will also yield results.
Working by retained arrangement allows us to invest more time and resource into the search for an ideal candidate. A longer and more comprehensive list of potential candidates can be made available, because we are able to invest more time into the search, speak to more candidates and approach the candidate search as a dedicated project.
With more time like this, we can gather a better understanding of the culture of the business and invest more time and endeavour into representing the employer brand and in actively advertising the opportunity to our social media network. We'll formally represent the client employer brand by producing a Candidate Pack to represent and actively sell the opportunity to candidates.
In addition to our standard Retained Service, our Retained PLUS service includes Selection Participation, where we attend and manage the recruitment process, develop competency-based interviews and support the client in the full hiring process. We will also manage the candidate experience to make sure that the client employer brand is represented in the correct way. This means that from day one of the recruitment project, the best candidates are encouraged to apply in the first instance and will never think about dropping out of the process.
