MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a leading Sports and Fashion brand in the search for an Account Manager based in North of England.

Key responsibilities:

  • Utilise your experience with Amazon to effectively manage our Amazon accounts, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s guidelines and policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including pricing optimization, promotion planning, and identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance product listings, optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyse sales trends, consumer behaviour, and market insights, translating findings into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account managers and support teams, to stay updated on platform developments, resolve issues, and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to align strategies, resolve challenges, and drive successful outcomes collectively.

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in account management specifically with Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, digital marketing, and online retail strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effectively engaging with external and internal teams.
  • Adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for sports and fashion, demonstrating an understanding of the target audience and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

This role has an onsite working policy located close to Manchester.
