MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Global leading Toy brand on the search for a Digital & Product Marketing Executive this is a permanent role, offering hybrid working.
As the Digital & Product Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the digital strategies for the brand, including the website launch. You will also have ownership of the Preschool Toy range across UK & Ire, using marketing expertise to maximise products sell-out and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Gold Standard Execution of the branded website. Working on the back offices of the website (creating & publishing content) with the Global HQ Central Team and relevant SEO agencies to ensure great user experience
- Responsible for the definition & implementation of the Digital Marketing with MD Guidance & working with Product Managers (PM)
- Working on all digital touch points in order to impact the Consumer Journey effectively for the Business on the website and on our retailers’ website
- Lead contact & communicator for agencies
- Develop & implement effective CRM
- Lead the ongoing analysis and the full reporting of the digital activities, using relevant tools and platforms (Google analytics/Google Tag Manager)
- Competitor digital analysis, reporting, evaluating & proposing enhancements to key stakeholders
- Responsible for communicating such results to create a “digital culture across the organisation
- Completing competitor research & making recommendations to over-achieve versus competitors
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Business studies/Economics
- Intermediate to advanced MS Windows skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word – and Outlook.
- Google Analytics accredited – Experience in using the Google Digital Tools to perform in-depth analysis (e.g. Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager)
- Skilled in Photoshop or similar graphic design software
