MacGregor Black is currently partnering with an established FMCG Manufacturing business, on the search for a Finance Business Partner. This is a permanent role based in Bradford.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and business leaders.
  • Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Analyse and interpret financial trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and other financial documentation.
  • Support business case development for new initiatives, including financial modeling and analysis.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business optimization.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., ERP, financial planning tools).
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
