MacGregor Black is partnering with an Exciting Agricultural Technology start up on the search for a General Manager. This is a permanent role based in Lincolnshire.
What are we looking for?

• Proven sales background within agriculture.
• Strong understanding or technology and how it can improve agricultural processes.
• A minimum of 3 years senior leadership experience within the agricultural or technology industry.
• Proven experience of growing a business through commercial development.
• Solid understanding of market strategy, commercial acumen, and financial management.
• Excellent understanding of the agricultural sector, including market trends, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Salary – up to £100k + car + benefits
