MacGregor Black are partnering with a market leading Toy brand on the search for a Head of International Sales. This is a permanent role based in London.
Key Responsibilities
• Build new relationships with significant target accounts across various channels.
• Manage key customers and distributors across EMEA, CASA, APAC, and US
• Develop and grow international relationships with a specific focus on US growth
• Develop and maintain portfolio forecasts
• Negotiate terms and pricing for customers ensuring suitable margin is maintained
• Communicate portfolio inventory needs and ensure accurate stock forecasting
• Full KPI accountability for new accounts
• Budgeting, planning, and coordinating implementation of retail support
• Professional presentation of products
• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Facilitate better penetration of the existing account base
• Coordinating and attending trade shows
• Undertake business travel as required
What are we looking for?
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of successfully working within the Toy industry selling to major international account customer base
• Proven track record in opening and growing large strategic accounts
• Experience with Direct to Retail and managing the international distributors, with proven experience in US, EMEA, CASA and APAC
• Experience with FOB sales
• Must be hands on and able to work within a lean business structure
• Experience with CRM sales platforms and vendor portals
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience and understanding of stock management and accurate forecasting is essential
• Well networked with key retailers and distributors across Europe, The Americas and Asia Pacific
• Skill and desire to recognize emerging opportunities in the international sales space
• Organised, accountable, and innovative with strong organisational skills
• Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
• Willingness to learn / a good team player
• Must have a valid UK driver’s license
