MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a Leading Fashion brand on the search for a Inbound Sales Representative. This is a permanent role based in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Being the primary contact for both B2B and B2C customers and sales representatives.
- Managing goods and ensuring smooth order processing.
- Expertly handling return requests to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining and expanding master data to support efficient operations.
- Resolving customer issues effectively to maintain strong relationships.
Who we are looking for?
- Training in wholesale and foreign trade or a related commercial background.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the textile industry.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- An openness to new tasks and challenges.
- Excellent teamwork, commitment, and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and stay organised.
- An interest in fashion and market trends.
