MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a Beauty manufacturing business on the search for a New Business Development Manager. This is a permanent role based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize effective prospecting and lead generation strategies to uncover new business opportunities and meet predetermined sales targets.
• Foster warm and productive business relationships through various communication channels, contributing to the growth of our enterprise.
• Craft and deliver dynamic, compelling pitches and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, industry advancements, and competitor activities, and effectively communicate this information to key stakeholders.
• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance collaborative and engaging relationships both domestically and internationally, spanning various business functions, to create mutually beneficial connections.
• Enhance the distribution strategy for online sales in the UK market.
• Follow up on marketing inquiries to convert viable opportunities into tangible business.
• Identify fresh business opportunities within existing client accounts.

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated track record as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a similar capacity, inclusive of international sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of effective business and sales growth strategies, both domestically in the UK and internationally.
• Prior experience working in a matrix organization, showcasing adaptability and the ability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.
• Provide clear evidence of successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Display agility and a willingness to adapt ideas, approaches.
• Possession of a full UK driving license would be advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing MS Office 365 applications.
• Competency in using CRM.
