MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a Beauty manufacturing business on the search for a Key Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in Bristol.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure that key processes are running efficiently to maximise cost efficiencies by identifying and offering tangible solutions.
- Collaborate closely with key clients to identify opportunities for enhancing their experience and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring that key processes run smoothly and cost-efficiency is maximized.
- Utilize our internal systems and resources to deliver efficiencies and improvements that benefit both parties.
- Analyze client data to drive improvements with a primary focus on increasing their sales and satisfaction.
- Ensure in-store compliance and provide ongoing support to meet client availability objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Regularly review the performance of products or services associated with key client accounts.
- Minimize the risk of losses and maintain accurate and updated ordering systems.
What are we looking for?
- Proficient in using Netsuit (or similar) Microsoft excel, Word.
- Experience within the FMCG industry in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Possesses a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in using PC software, particularly advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Inventory management knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting deadlines.
