MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a leading Baby and Nursery brand on the search for a National Account Manager. This role is a permanent position with remote working.
What you’ll do:
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts and their overarching category and marketing
- Drive distribution of existing and new products within the given account portfolio in full alignment with the company’s strategies.
- Deliver KPI’s for each retailer so that annual goals are achieved including turnover, GM and promotional spend.
- Use retail expertise to process data into meaningful insights, allowing for performance to be assessed and future activations to be optimised.
- Negotiate all elements of pricing, terms, and promotions within Business guidelines.
- Fully execute & post-evaluate promotional activity. Ensure that activity supports central brand direction and enriches the online/in-store customer experience.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience building and/or significantly upgrading sales capability
- Experience and proven track record of retail account management
- Highly numerical & analytical i.e able to build a full pricing proposal, support and analysis sheets
- Experience dealing with Amazon desirable but not essential
- Strong negotiator & looks for win-win opportunities with retail partners
- Driven and tenacious with a ‘anything is possible attitude’
- Highly organized with prioritization skills
- High capacity to learn
- Ambiguity acceptance (when all is changing, you change & lead)
