MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a globally recognised Housewares Brand, on the search for a National Account Manager. This is a permanent role, with hybrid working opportunities, based in Slough.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L responsibility for the account, strategic and day-to-day leadership, ensuring that sales targets are hit or exceeded.
- Monthly forecast adjustments
- Responsible for execution of promotional activity, stock management, portfolio optimization, performance, and implementing strategies that generate win-win outcomes for both key stakeholders
- Deliver KPI’s for each retailer so that annual goals are achieved including turnover, GM and promotional spend.
- Use retail expertise to process data into meaningful insights, allowing for performance to be assessed and future activations to be optimised.
- Negotiate all elements of pricing, terms, and promotions within Business guidelines.
- Working collaboratively across different teams (Marketing, Content, Data, Operations, Finance) while managing a sales pipeline and leading terms negotiations.
What are we looking for?
- Established experience within a similar sales environment
- Experience managing key high street accounts
- Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue growth
- Experience of implementing sales plans, developing customer account plans, JBPs and managing budgets against defined KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels whilst providing a quality customer orientated approach
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, presentation and organisational skills
