MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading toy & Licensing brand, on the search for a National Account Manager. This is a permanent role with hybrid working opportunities, based in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to Day management of major UK retail accounts
- Implementing retail strategies across the UK customer base, in line with agreed companywide objectives.
- Achievement and management of sales and margin targets across the UK account base
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers, regularly visiting with Key retail stakeholders across the UK
- Developing new business opportunities within established customers
- Developing relationships and onboarding prospective retail partners across the UK.
- Utilising commercial and category knowledge to achieve sales targets, and onboard new customers
- Developing an in-depth analysis of sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Lead the planning for both commercial negotiation and financial forecasting
- Produce reports and presentations for key stakeholders within the business
- Attend internal and external meetings with customers and key business stakeholders
- Manage accountability for monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions
- Be actively involved in marketing campaigns directly related to your sales channel
What are we looking for?
- A highly motivated, self-starter
- Experience in delivering against targets and business KPI’s
- Key account management experience
- A highly organised and proactive individual
- The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel
- Experience working with licensed products would be an advantage, but is not essential
