MacGregor Black are partnering with an Award-Winning Mixer Producer on the search for North & Western Europe Export Manager. This is a permanent role based the Netherlands or Belgium.
As the North and Western Europe Export Manager , you will be responsible for pulling all available levers to connect with distributors, local bar scenes across key city centres, building relationships and driving the Brand across your key area. You will be highly self-motivated, a great communicator, have the ability to network across key industry channels and most importantly be driven to get that sale! Develop and execute export strategy plan for the business. Be the global ambassador for the brand, unlocking new regions and showing the love to the markets the brand already works with to encourage further distribution and opportunity. Bring brand & category insight to life and add of course add some wow factor (try new stuff, bring the fun!). This job is not 9-5– so if you are up for a job that provides lots of fun, travel and flexibility, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximising distribution, sales, and visibility of the Brand across key territories via indirect and direct distribution.
- Driving the brand across key cities in Belgium &. Netherlands through networking with bar staff, brand owners, wholesalers, account managers and other On Trade contacts.
- Network and building relationships with spirit partners to drive sales and distribution here
- Manage the current importers in North & West Europe to drive distribution and ROS
- Produce accurate annual/quarterly/monthly sales and demand forecasts
- Develop and execute the export strategy for north and western Europe
- Full account management of +15 current importers by relationship building, putting in place incentive plans, marketing, and activations to grow these markets
- Be resourceful and employ innovative solutions to deliver value, gross margin, and volume targets
