Macgregor Black are currently in partnership with a premium Drinks company on the search for a Northern Sales Manager. This is a permanent- hybrid role for a candidate based in the North of England.

As a Northern Sales Manager you will be the face of the brand to key customers within the on trade and wholesale using your knowledge and experience to help the company expand.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities:

  • Building and managing relationships with local on-trade customers.
  • Formulating and executing sales plans to pinpoint key opportunities.
  • Expanding and overseeing customer accounts and securing new listings.
  • Monitoring and analysing account performance, generating reports to cover Key Performance Indicators, Orders, Forecasts, and Expenditure.
  • Innovating and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to tap into new markets.
  • Gathering feedback and insights from customers to contribute to the successful and profitable development of new products and brands within the portfolio.
  • Regularly servicing accounts through scheduled calls and swiftly addressing any issues with professionalism.
  • Enhancing cocktail distribution within each account where feasible.
  • Conduct regular staff training and provide brand support to individual accounts, as applicable.
  • Participate in trade shows to exhibit products and connect with potential customers.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Solid experience in the drinks industry, with a minimum 1 year in an On Trade Sales role.
  • Demonstrable experience of negotiating and closing sales agreements.
  • Excellent customer service and account management.
  • The confidence and ability to present the product to Directors of premium venues.
  • Full Driving License.
