MacGregor Black are partnering with a market leading Consumer Goods brand on the search for a Product Support Coordinator. This is a permanent role based in Northeast England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Global Product Support Manager and key internal stakeholders within the Global Product team
  • Accurately input data into the in-house CRM system
  • Work effectively with established processes and KPI’s across the department
  • Collecting and analysing data, reporting back to relevant internal teams
  • Trend and Competitor Analysis
  • Updating key critical path trackers and spreadsheets
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider Product & Quality team as required
  • Provide ad hoc support when it comes to internal product testing as required

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience within an administrative role in a Product Quality/ Product Development environment
  • Competent excel user with ability to efficiently run reports and create/track formulas
  • Able to work in a competitive environment, picking up new systems and adapting quickly
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking own initiative
  • Strong data knowledge, with ability to collate and analyse accurately
