MacGregor Black are partnering with a market leading Consumer Goods brand on the search for a Product Support Coordinator. This is a permanent role based in Northeast England.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Global Product Support Manager and key internal stakeholders within the Global Product team
- Accurately input data into the in-house CRM system
- Work effectively with established processes and KPI’s across the department
- Collecting and analysing data, reporting back to relevant internal teams
- Trend and Competitor Analysis
- Updating key critical path trackers and spreadsheets
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider Product & Quality team as required
- Provide ad hoc support when it comes to internal product testing as required
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience within an administrative role in a Product Quality/ Product Development environment
- Competent excel user with ability to efficiently run reports and create/track formulas
- Able to work in a competitive environment, picking up new systems and adapting quickly
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking own initiative
- Strong data knowledge, with ability to collate and analyse accurately
