Engineering Project Manager

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Leading FMCG Business, on the search for an Engineering Project Manager. This is a permanent role based in Doncaster.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare, plan, coordinate, and deliver all small to medium engineering and capital projects on site.
- To ensure that all proposals are safe, technically robust, compliant, achievable, and fit within the investment strategy for the business.
- Developing schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and on schedule.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a technical / engineering role(s) from areas such as FMCG or manufacturing.
- Able to successfully manage and deliver on multiple projects with competing priorities and strict timelines.
- Strong written and presentation skills. Computer literate with the ability to generate project plans, reports, and contract documentation.
- Previous project engineering or project delivery experience from concept to commissioning.
- Experience of installation and commissioning of material handling plants.
- Formal qualification in engineering and project management.
- Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Bachelors or Masters)
