MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading food business on the search for a Sales Manager. This is a perm, hybrid role, based in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Create cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio & winning selected target customers within the Dairy category.
- Execute on strategic account plans for selected customers.
- Implement competitive pricing strategies to ensure maximum value & conclude annual contract negotiations on prices, payment, and delivery terms.
- Continuously develop and broaden the stakeholder network & Drive business development along the customer buying cycle.
- Initiate growth projects with existing and new customers to ensure profitable outcomes.
What are we looking for?
- 5 years’ commercial experience within ingredients and flavours.
- A degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Food Science, or related discipline.
- Understanding of food processes and formulations.
- Confident in leading implementation of a content strategy managing keyword research, expert knowledge, and optimization to deliver useful, relevant content.
- Proven track record in sales and business growth.
- Fluency in English and German.
