Senior Digital Marketing Manager

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a premium spirits brand, on the search for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in Yorkshire. This is a permanent – hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and loyalty across various digital channels.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website, ensuring it reflects the brand’s premium positioning and offers a seamless user experience.
- Plan, create, and oversee the execution of engaging and impactful digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and digital advertising performance to identify trends and insights for ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and visually appealing digital content, including videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence, including content planning, community management, and influencer partnerships.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects.
- Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience with 3 years in digital marketing, preferably within the spirits or luxury goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
