Senior Digital Marketing Manager

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a premium spirits brand, on the search for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in Yorkshire. This is a permanent – hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and loyalty across various digital channels.
  2. Manage and optimize the company’s website, ensuring it reflects the brand’s premium positioning and offers a seamless user experience.
  3. Plan, create, and oversee the execution of engaging and impactful digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
  4. Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and digital advertising performance to identify trends and insights for ongoing optimization.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and visually appealing digital content, including videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
  6. Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence, including content planning, community management, and influencer partnerships.
  7. Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative digital initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects.
  10. Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience with 3 years in digital marketing, preferably within the spirits or luxury goods industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content.
  6. Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and use data to drive decision-making.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
