Are you a degree qualified, quality assurance professional with at least 5 years post grad’ experience?
MacGregor Black are partnering with an international consumer goods manufacturing business on the search for a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager. This is a perm role based in Norway.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high performing Supplier Quality team.
- Set team objectives / KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Challenge existing solutions and always strive for improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Master or bachelor’s degree in Technical or Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience within production and / or quality assurance in production.
- Strong knowledge of quality analysis, planning and improvement tools.
- Leadership experience with multicultural teams.
- Experience from process improvement work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Salary is up to €70k + benefits. Relocation available.
