Global Tax Compliance:
- Oversee and manage the preparation and filing of accurate and timely global tax returns.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Tax Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to optimize the company’s global tax position.
- Provide guidance on the tax implications of business decisions and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
- Identify and assess potential tax risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about changes in the business environment that may impact tax risk.
- Communicate tax-related information to internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities as needed.
- Support the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification is required.
- Proven experience in a tax management role, preferably within a global FMCG or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
